The Ithaca School District is offering FREE Summer Food Program

Now that the school year is over some parents are trying to find a way to provide an affordable healthy meal for their children since they will not be receiving school breakfast and lunches during the summer. The Ithaca School District would like to help with their Summer Food Program. Adam Hess is the Technology Director at Ithaca, the media contact for the Ithaca Summer Food Program, and an employee of WRCO Radio. 

There is plenty of nutritious food each family will receive at each pick-up.

Ithaca School District provides affordable meals to everyone, no matter where you are from.

Adam says that there is one requirement in order to take part in the Summer Food Program.

Be sure to sign up by Wednesday to provide your children, or child, with a healthy meal and make them happy during the summer.v
