
Wisconsin Valley Conference announces fall sports all-league teams for football, boys’ soccer, volleyball and girls’ tennis.
The fall high school fall sports season is coming to an end, and the Wisconsin Valley Conference has honored their top performers in four sports.
In football, the league offensive player of the year was junior running back Haiden Carlson of Marshfield. Carlson ran for 1,538 yards and 16 touchdowns this season. The defensive player of the year was junior linebacker Niko Kleinschmidt of D.C. Everest. Kleinschmidt had 4.5 sacks and eight tackles for a loss during the 2025 season. D.C. Everest also had the league Coach of the Year, as Braden Mitchell received the honor after leading the Evergreens to an undefeated conference title campaign.

In girls’ volleyball it was SPASH that swept both the Player and Coach of the Year Awards. Senior Katie Kornowski was the POY while Mackenzie Kyle was selected Coach of the Year.
